What services does Cutting Crew LLC offer?
Cutting Crew LLC provides comprehensive landscaping and garden design services, including lawn care, planting, brush cutting, power washing, mulch install, rock install, property maintenance, unwanted plant removal, bush/shrub/hedge trimming, seasonal clean-ups, and more.
Do you accept reoccurring lawn clients?
We do not offer mow only services, there are lots of great lawncare providers that will help you with this need. We do however offer Property Maintance.
This package includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing off clippings. It also includes unwanted plant removal and inspecting for various hazards.
Are your landscaping services available year-round?
Yes, Cutting Crew LLC offers year-round landscaping services, ensuring your garden looks beautiful in every season.
We offer Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter services.
What methods of payment does CuttingCrew LLC take?
Our payment methods currently are cash, check, paypal, venmo, zell, and cashapp.
We prefer cash.
Are you insured?
We do carry insurance in case there are unforseen accidents or mistakes. We have yet to make a claim, we take extra caution.
Do you charge for estimates?
All of our estimates are free and no obligation.
Do you work on the weekend?
We can certainly accomidate tasks that need required to on Saturdays. Sundays we are closed.
How far is your radius?
We currently service Greencastle and properties within 10 miles of distance.
Do you cut down trees?
Unfortanelty no. We are a landscaping and lawncare company, we're not an arborist. They are the proffesionals and insured in that field.
Do you offer money back guarantees?
We do not offer money guarenteed back. If we have an upset client (incredibly rare) we try to resolve the issue. However, if there's no room for agreement we do not offer such a program.
Do you cover costs for supplies?
If a task requires supplies/materials we may ask for a deposit of the materials.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do not require deposits unless material is involved.
How many crew members do you have?
Currently our crew has over 6 people for medium to large scale jobs. Small scale jobs we either send 1 - 2 crew members.
Do you offer Hardscaping? (Paver install)
Unfortanelty no. At this current time we do not offer those services.
Will you travel outside 10 miles?
While we strive to focus and grow in our radius, we can make exceptions if the contract is worth the travel and time.
What kind of properties do you service?
We service both residential and commercial properties.
Do you you offer discounts?
We do offer discounts and sales. We advertise on Facebook.
When did CuttingCrewLLC start as a business?
Our business was born June 2024.
Is your crew experienced?
Our crew has many skill sets that are optimized to smoothly handle various tasks. Our elite staff members have years of experience with landscaping and lawncare.
Do you use eletric or gas?
We primarily use electric tools. However there are some tasks that require the use of gas tools.
